Actually its not convient, fast, or scalebale.

MS SQL Server: 100ms-500ms
MS Access: 500ms-15s
NT SAM: 5s-10s

The thing I have found is that the only CONSISTENT driver is
SQL Server. The others either didn't have fast enough
auth (SAM) or wasn't consitent enough (Access).
