First and fore most, those two are not compatable. You must have
RadiusNT
2.2.21 before that will work.

Is RadiusNT and RAS running on the same machine? Is the machine
multi-homed?
What does RadiusNT show in -x25 debug for the hosts address as in:
> radrecv: Request from host cf3580fb code=1, id=224, length=96
^^^^^^^^
That is hex for the IP address and THAT IP Address is the one that
is not in the Servers table, IPAddress field.
