Make sure you have it set so that the service logs on as a particular user.
I don't know what rights are necessary off hand, so I've got mine logging
on as an administrative account and everything works fine. If you have it
set to log on as the system, you'll get that error. Aside from that, make
sure you have things set right in RadiusNT Administrator.
