Don't put any lines AFTER the username entry. It should be
fine then. I believe the problem stems from having a full
entry for *reload*. Here is my reload 10. This is in BOTH mode,
authing from emerald first over ISDN (thats why its so slow).

C:\RADIUS>radlogin *reload* reload

Checking Radius user *reload*:
Reply-Message = "3 Users Re-Loaded\015\012"
0: Time: 671 Auth: Good

1 Good 0 Bad 671 Avg

C:\RADIUS>radlogin *reload* reload 10

Checking Radius user *reload*:
0: Time: 460 Auth: Good
1: Time: 500 Auth: Good
2: Time: 431 Auth: Good
3: Time: 471 Auth: Good
4: Time: 440 Auth: Good
5: Time: 521 Auth: Good
6: Time: 441 Auth: Good
7: Time: 440 Auth: Good
8: Time: 441 Auth: Good
9: Time: 431 Auth: Good

10 Good 0 Bad 457 Avg

C:\RADIUS>radlogin *reload* reload

Checking Radius user *reload*:
Reply-Message = "3 Users Re-Loaded\015\012"
0: Time: 481 Auth: Good

1 Good 0 Bad 481 Avg

My users file was:

# User-Service = Framed-User
daler Password = "test"
User-Service = Framed-User

test Password = "test"
User-Service = Framed-User

*reload* Password = "reload"
