We are just in the process of installing our first PM3. The main reason we
went with the PM3 was it was cheaper than the equivelent Ascend for 2 more
ports. Also the free 56k upgrade was nice. Installation has been easy
(relatively) and straight forward. I'm sure there will be problems (there
always are) and we'll see how good the tech support is.
