stream.key in IIS logs

I have been going over my IIS logs (and Unix server logs) and have found
numerous references to a file called "stream.key". This reference is
always refering to directories that have MIDI files in them. Is this some
sort of new streaming midi format I am not aware of? If it is, how does
one go about configuring a server for it, and what program(s) is requesting
it?
This message just showed up in all my NT and Unix servers in the past few
weeks.
