Run Regedit;
Delete the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\POLICIES\RATING
S
then, delete C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RATINGS.POL (this file is system,
read-only, and hidden).
then restart the computer, run IE, and walla, no ratings.
I hope my memory has served me correctly... ;-)
