We're planning on using IP addresses for the new Scheck_rcpt rules that
we are about to apply. We use both IP addresses and domain names for the
Scheck_relay and Scheck_mail rules, we find block by IP in Scheck_relay
works better than blocking domains in Scheck_mail.
