There's a telnet daemon (beta) in the NT Server 4.0 Resource Kit. Gives
you the same command prompt as if you'd opened it on the server. The
readme file admits there's bugs though. Mine occasionally won't come back
from logging off. Stop and start the service, and everything is fine.
