There could be several problems.

First, I cannot get info on your domain procomp.net
Probably it is very new.
DNS changes could take up to 3 days to propagate,
it depends on DNS config. Within these 3 days strange things can
occur :)

If you have changed your MX IP address, then probably some of mail still
will be sent to old address these 3 days. Check old address if someone
is sending mail to this. However, if this is the case,
you should be able to send mail to user@procomp.net from local machine
(within procomp.net).
