You mean you didn't reboot?? Don't you know that Microsoft Operating
Systems is just code for "you must reboot your computer in order to do
anything!" :)

I still don't see how M$ can call NT a mission-critical OS when you have to
reboot the server everytime you want to change anything important?!?!?
Novell figured out how to dynamically load and unload parts of the
operating system when they came out with NLMs, wasn't that about 1987 or
1988? Here it is, 10 years later, and M$ still hasn't figured it out!
