Log shows 20050 AND admin disconnect

Hi,

I have a strange thing happening, I think. I am running Remote Access
Manager with a trial key. I've noticed that their program doesn't exactly
interface with NT's registry very well. (You can have AutoDisconnect set
to 15 minutes in the registry, and in RAM, the Inactivity timeout value
shows nothing.)

I am getting complaints of disconnects from callers. (WHat's new!) But
the odd part, is that the log often shows "admin disconnect" for logon
times well under the inactivity timer value. So now, when a caller claims
they were dropped, the log is worthless. I use to be able to show them
that they were dropped for 15 minutes of inactivity. But when the log
shows "admin disconnect" for a logon time of 3 minutes, I'm SOL!

Anyone know what's going on here? I even went so far as to remove the
Registry Key and rely on RAM altogether, but it's still happening.
