Found web based utility to change NT password !!

Hello all.

I recently found a web-based utility by Andrew Smith that allows you to
change your ( or others ) NT passwords via the web.

You can try http://home.earthlink.net/~andrewsmith/ . This page will point
you to the new location of the password changer ( Sorry, I don't remember
the new location ).
