I'm running IIS 3.0 FP extensions, perl, fpcount.
Recently after a few days I've noticed that IIS will cease to reconginize
the cgi dir.
If you look in the directories tab of IIS it shows it is there and all is
fine, however, if you attempt to execute a cgi it will fail.

Stopping and restarting the service cures this. How can I stop this from
happening. Everything was going fine I don't know what could have changed
to cause this.
