I subscribe to the digest but it all comes as attachments. It is incredibly
bothersome to read (and impossible to reply to without cutting and
pasting). I will subscribe to the regular service and unsubscribe to the
digest but I have misplaced the instructions.
Actually, it isn't a bad idea to put that info in the footer information.
