If anyone can help me with this one I sure would appriciate it....

We have customers that insist on using their AOL account through our
dial-up. And they also happen to be all Windows 3.x users. We have been
setting them up with our service using the latest Internet Explorer for
Windows 3.x. Everything seems to work fine using our service, but when they
dial-in to our service with the microsoft dialer and open the AOL 3.0
software (which is configured for TCP/IP), they logon to AOL with their
account info just fine but after that AOL software won't do a thing till
AOL times out and says "Goodbye". With Windows 95 we seem to have no
problem. What else would need to be considered either on our server end or
the user end? I called AOL support to ask and the tech said it was
technically over his head. Could this be a DNS problem?
