Allocate space for object error and call consolidation

Can't allocate space for object "calls" in databse Emerald because the

I reported the server and it still will not let me see anyone
authenticating.
I also performed a "Truncate on the log"
and my log file sizes are as follows:
Data space available 0.00MB
Log Size 75MB
Log space availble 38.30MB
I have a feeling that this has to do with call consolidation from the looks
of previous messages.
