Question on Expired accounts

Looking at our Emerald database, I notice that there is a field for
expiration both under the 'Sub Account's and in the 'Billing' tabs.

In many cases when I examine our data (we did an import into the Emerald DB
from an Access DB) I notice that the expire value in the sub account is set
to the value I want the sub account to expire on (Aug 15th to be exact) but
in the billing tab, the expire date in there says July 3rd.

If I go live with Emerald, are people in the above situation going to be
able to authenticate ?
