Analyzing Calls

We are going to change most of rates pretty soon to hourly, which will also
increase user fees. What I'd like to do is analyze what the aveage monthly
usage is for each customer then I'd like to clear all of the call history
out of the database. Does anyone have any idea on how to do this?
