We often have customers dropping off computers in our office
associated with incidences generated in emerald. (We fix them
for free instead of talking to them on the phone for 4 hours)
When they drop their computer off and it becomes fixed we'd
like to provide them with a copy of the incidence for various
reasons. I would be happy to design my own report in CR but
I just need a button to send that incident to CR.
