Default Billing Period

My billing person just brought it to my attention that the default billing
period is "annual". While this would be wonderful, most of our customers still
go month-to-month. I cannot find anywhere in Emerald Admin to change this.
We are running Emerald 2.1.11 and Admin 2.1.8(?) with radiusNT 1.1.60 and SQL
6.5. Any help or tips most appreciated. I don't trust the staff to catch this
every time and need an answer asap.
