They are added to the MBR ExpireDate by SQL Server, and the result is
given to RadiusNT. The addition is in days, as noted by the RadiusNT
documentation.

1.16.90 (from the /emerald/beta directory) was the first to support
both. I believe most of the stray versions of software have been
cleaned off the FTP site in anticipation of the RadiusNT 2.2
release.
