Ok. Couple of checks:

1. Do you have a Post.Office External System setup?

2. Do you have Service Types associated to the ES in #1?

3. Are you batching the accounts out (From the External, Batch
Accounts pull down menu)

4. Do you get any errors back from Post.Office for #3?
