PO 3.1 and Emerald

I've been using Emerald to create new emailboxes with Post.Office 2.0 for a
while now without any problems. I upgraded PO2.0 to 3.1 the other day and
noticed that Emerald no longer creates the mailbox. The postmaster account
ends up getting a message stating:
"A form was submitted with an incorrect password or the form itself
was altered so that it was unusable."

Another message states:
"The form was returned because:
You have been denied access to the form for one of the follwoing
reasons:
- The password supplied was incorrect
- You aren't permitted to used the form you submitted
- You aren't allowed to modify the account the form refers to
- The Form-Identifier at the bottom of the form was incorrect

I already checked the password, so it's not that.
I sent mail to "accounts" and got back a big message and at the end was a
form ID number, so I cut/paste that into EmerAdmin after realizing that the
FormID that's been in there for a while was not the same. I tried to have
Emerald create an emailbox before and after changing the FormID--neither
worked.

If I'm not missing anything on my end and it's a problem with Emerald, will
the next version of Emerald support PO 3.x? Right now, I'm using Emerald
2.1.11 and EmerAdmin 2.1.0.

On a completely unrelated note, is there a problem with Emerald 2.1.11 and
the Time-On tab in an MBR's Service? Whenever I click on it, I get "Error
in SQL statement!" Did something get messed up on my end or is this a bug
in Emerald 2.1.11? I made sure the dates were normal... (6/1/97 - 6/10/97
for example). The Calls table has all the data...
