I came across the following bug in Emerald 2.1.11 recently:
A customer receives a renewal invoice for one month of service, then =
changes to another billing cycle (quarterly, semi-annual, etc) before =
the renewal notice is paid. When the renewal notice (for the one month) =
is paid, their expiration date is extended based on their NEW billing =
cycle. Before catching this, I have had a few customers who have =
received 3 or 6 months of service for one month's 19.95 payment.
