Monitoring of Dial OUT activities

Dale,

Several months ago I spoke to your concerning the ability of Emerald to
bill for calls that we initiate. I included the method we currently use
to determine if a call is inbound or outbound.

I was wondering if any progress has been made on that front as of yet.
Most of our business consists of 'dial-back' services to our clients and
we bill them five cents each time we call them.
