Sorry if I missed your post. I'll go back and look.

Emerald 2..1.11

Problem goes like this.
1. Go to the Account I want to invoice next term.
2. Invoice Next Term
3. Go to Invoice Tab.
4. Search for unpaid invoiceses. ( the newly created invoice is not
there)
5. Search for ALL invoices. (Invoice is showing up as a paid invoice)

I cant mark the invoice as paid so the account can be incremented for next
term. The only way we can extend the account ismanually.
