Help!!

I read this many times and am still not fully understanding this. Are you
saying there is a version of Radius that I can reduce if not eliminate the
countless ..."Attempt to insert duplicate key into 'Calls'"??? If so what
exactly do I need to get and do to make it work?

Where is the text to edit for sending e-mail bills. It is worded a bit
harsh, and I would like to adjust the wording some. I need to get this

I have serv-u running fine from the admin console.(The user files and dirs
are all on the same machine and SQL is on a separate machine.)

I have installed srvany and have a Parameters Key now. Under Parameters, I
added an AppDirectory (Full Path) and Application keys.

In the services, I created an account for the service and gave it service
rights.

When I try to start, I get "Could not start service on server, Error 0005:
Access denied. I tried changing the service logon to the admin account, but
got the same thing.

Any ideas?

Duane.

The logging is currently going to screen. I am not sure what you mean in
resgistry. I didn't see a place. Are you talking about the ini file?

I have never used MS Query. What is the command to test this.?

If you are not using CR, then you can un-install it from VB, and
re-install
the Emerald client.

Optionally, replace your crpe32.dll and crystl32.ocx files from the
Emerald distribution:

expand crpe32.dl_ c:\winnt\system32\crpe32.dll
expand crystl32.oc_ c:\winnt\system32\crystl32.ocx

and it should start working.

That is the only way to do it. The regular charge field is a PER HOURcharge for the regular time used, just like the over charge field is.
