Need Terminate Causes!

Hi Dale. For some reason Emerald isn't showing any terminate causes in the
database. Could you please tell us what we need to change/do in order to
have them show up? As well, once they show up, is there something that
tells us what the results mean (ie:user disconnect, time limit reached, etc)
