Unfortuntately det2odbc doesn't have the smarts to look at the fields,
like the RadiusNT does. I'd have to find the source code (haven't
used that program in quite some time!) and update it. I am thinking
about
just putting it as a command line option into RadiusNT, since about 99%
of
the code is already there (no need to duplicate it).
