You could either copy the screen buffer (change it to i.e. 1000 lines)
with the normal windows procedures, or you call radius with
'Radius -x15 [other parameters] >> debug.log' to use standard DOS
output redirection to a file (with append).
Both methods work only with Radius in foreground mode, NOT if it's run
as a service.
