Use the RadiusNT administrator to configure it for this. You'll need
to create an ODBC DSN pointing to the Access DB as well.

You can't. If you have that big of a detail file in 3 days, I would
guess you are getting deluged with duplicate accounting. If you have
an Ascend MAX, put -A on the command line and see if it goes
away. Check youy logfile for errors, also.
