preventing multiple logins

I would like to be able to prevent the majority of my users from logging =
in to the system more than once at a time while allowing a select few to =
have multiple logins. I understand that there is a setting in the =
Microsoft Access database that will allow this and that I have to be =
able to see the calls on line. Can anyone help me with this. I cannot =
seem to get it to work. When I run the calls online query it doesn't =
show any users logged in.

P.S.
Thanks to all of you who helped with my session time out problem. I =
have gotten the situation corrected and everything except for the above =
is working perfectly.
