What does RadiusNT show in -x15 debug mode for the authentication
request?
This is the most important thing to look at and post when you are having
problems.

You probably want to change these in the RadiusNT Administrator.

This is probably the interesting one. I finally duplicated it by
creating
an ODBC DSN which pointed to an Access database that didn't exist.
Doublt
check your ODBC DSN and make sure you have specified the database
correctly.
