I've heard some strange rumblings from the ISBU at Microsoft about a radius
proxy to use the Normandy/MCIS Membership server as a backend. I'm sure it
will be expensive. When I get beta 2 of MCIS, I'll let you all know if it
is there (well, if my NDA permits that.)
