Every service has two names. One is the display name, the other is the
registry name. You can use either to start/stop the service. These
are both the same for RadiusNT.

You can see the display names from control panel...services. If the
display
name has a space, use quotes:

net stop "microsoft DHCP server"

You can look at the registry keys at:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CurrentControlSet\Services

to see a list of the registry (short) names for services. For example
the display name for the browser is "Computer Browser", but the service
name for it is "Browser".
