I'm sure this question has been answered here a million times, and perhaps someone can point me in the direction of searchable archives, but:
How do I start and stop RadiusNT (when running as a service) so that it will reload the users file? Or, is there something else that I should do to get it to reload the file when I make changes? Starting and stopping from the control panel is dandy, just not very "automatable."
