I think I accidentally uncover a bug in RadiusNT .60...
Try changing your Radius secret to "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" (16 total)
and do a "radlogin test test" as described in the installation
guide...
I tried it on all my 5x NT v4.0/SP2 and the same thing happened
everytime (crashed after authenticated the user).
Dr. Watson finally dispeared (at least for me) ...
