Set this entry in your dictionary:

VALUE Ascend-PW-Lifetime Lifetime-In-Days 1

And the expiration will work. You have to have the Ascend-PW-Lifetime
attribute defined as well (both are in the dictionary, but the value
above is by default 0, which doesn't allow expire to work).
