I have gone through the FAQ and tried all the possible
combinations of Date and confirmed all the syntax
but still can't get the Expiration working...

The RadiusNT I'm using is 1.16.60 running on NT 4/SP2. Is 1.16.75
available for download? Not in ftp.emerald.iea.com...
