authentication problem

I am using a Computone Power Rack as my NAS, or RAS as Computone calls, it
and I am getting radius to respond with "ready to recieve requests". It
also reports that it has loaded 2 users, which is correct. But when my ras
does a request it is rejected. Radius knows the ip of the ras becouse it
reports it, it knows the port number, it knows the name and password of the
user logging in but still sends a reject. The username and password are
correct as in the user file. What could be the problem?
