What happens if the radius is starts as a service and the registry has debug=15? Does the it create any log file?

The debug is only for foreground. Its pretty useless as a service.

Just stop the service, and run it in the foreground. On NT, when you
have the dos prompt (as a window) single-click on the clode gadget,
select
properties.

On the options tab, select quick edit mode. On the layout tab,
change the height to around 300. This will allow you to scroll back and
see whats going on. You can highlight a swaure of text on the screen
and the hit enter. This will copy the square into your buffer. You
should
be able to use paste into most clients, like your mail client.
