Currently we are using NT's built-in RAS service to authenticate users into our
system. The problem with this service is that it is under minimal requirements
and Information/account must be created via external means. The advantages on
the other hand are the ease of use on the client side (Only needs to know user
name, password and phone number with no Dial-up scripting). If we switch to
Radius and Emerald, would I lose the use of DHCP, the simplified access,
bringing up a terminal window for login, etc. Or can I preserve the current
configuration to have our customers login as they regularly have.
