Was wondering if and where there might be docs for
upgrading radiusNT 1.16.49 to 1.16.60. Downloaded the zip
file, but the changes file (changes.tx_) looks like is
unreadable until one goes thru the setup! And really
don't want to install until I know whats going to happen!
