As far as I can see, Software.com considers the anti-spam to be an upgrade
and do not offer it as a free bug fix as most other vendors. Also, the
change to per box liscensing makes PO considerable MORE expensive than
other programs with the exception of MS Exchange and some of the LAN type
systems. ISP's are extremely price sensitive. You have essentially priced
yourselves out of the ISP market. Perhaps a more resonable ISP upgrade
price and continuing the Unlimited liscense for existing customers would
prevent this hemorage of customers.
