Are they hitting you on port 139? Have you already filtered 135,137,139 out
on your border router? You might want to get that program that will monitor
anybody trying to access your ports. It will keep a log and record the IP
address of the person...If you can't stop them, maybe you can at least
identify the culprit and get them in trouble. Check out www.mydesktop.com
