What are you using for a NAS? I've found that sometimes Win3.x requests the
PPP connection before the NAS is ready. Try having your customer set the
bring up terminal windows after dialing on. When the Telnet window comes
up, just click on continue. This usually fixes this problem, although I
have a few Win3.1 customers that have to log on via Telnet and then
continue with the PPP session.
