Hi,

We have winnt4 / SP2 / couple of hotfixes.
I got the patch from microsoft (updated tcpip.sys)
Applied it, and when I restarted, winnt
dumped memory (2 seconds after Ctrl+Alt+Del logon screen)

I put the disk in other WInNT4 machine,
deleted new hotfixed TCPIP.SYS file and copied over older one.
Machine went up without problems.
Any ideas ?

(P.S. We just suffered from OOB attack, but seems disabling TCP/IP WINS
service cured this. Besides, we blocked 139 on our border routers.)

Thanks,
Einars
