caching proxy server

We are looking for a good caching proxy server to run under NT 4.0 x86

I've reviewed my emails from this list about proxy servers, but it seems
that most of the past discussions centered around spoofing IPs and security.

We want caching almost exclusively, possibly a little security, but we
don't care about spoofing or translating IPX/SPX <-> TCP/IP, etc. at all.

Of course, an affordable price would be nice, but we don't mind paying a
little extra for quality.

We'll be using a fast computer with plenty of HD space and however much
memory it takes.

Please let us know if you have any opinions on caching proxy servers.

Thanks!
