Need recommendation

I'm looking for a backup program to backup my NT IIS server from my NT
workstation. THey are on the same network and I've mapped the NT IIS
server drives in my Network Neighborhood. Regular NT backup doesn't work,
because it can't backup files tha are currently being used. Surely there
is a program that can perform a complete nightly backup without having to
shutdown the services. I'm using a Python 4mm DAT FYI.

Any recommendations appreciated.
